I thought the housing problem is mostly related to international students but after researching, I realized that not only international also local dutch students have the same issue getting a house. So my Idea is that expressing both groups student's difficulties. They are having the same problem.
1. even if you can read Dutch.
2. even if you know how to read the floor plan of the house.
3. even if you can access information about the house.
This poster designed A2 size. The above image of the house seems a foggy, illusion, or fake. Below there is an image of the house's floor plan. On the right top corner, there is written in dutch 'Even if you can read this, it doesn't mean you can get a house' and it is repeated in English in the middle.
This sentence has multiple meanings like
anyway, you will not get a house.
